All items come from a smoke free environment. To the best of our knowledge all items are free of defects, stains, and tears Unless we specify the otherwise. In the event that we have overlooked a flaw in an item please contact us before leaving feedback so we can have the chance to fix the problem. We try hard to take accurate colored pictures of our merchandise, but please be aware that different computer monitors and phone screens can make colors look darker, brighter, lighter, or just different than they appear when we list the items.
We will not give partial credits due to an item being a different shade than pictured as I cannot control this. We are available to answer questions and give shipping quotes Monday through Friday from Eastern Standard time. Saturday we check messages in the morning and the evening. We try to follow these hours to spend time with family and keep our sanity.
